Linda Rossi, CPC, Front Office
Linda has been at Erie Audiology, Inc. since 2009. Hers is typically the first cheerful voice you’ll hear when you call us, and the first friendly face that you’ll meet when you come into the office. Linda handles patient scheduling, assists patients with insurance benefit claims, and helps to coordinate patient care. She is a certified biller/coder through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
When she's not at the office, Linda enjoys traveling, motorcycle riding, and quilting.
Max is a seven year old Labradoodle. He hangs around the back office snoozing and offering plenty of friendly wags and smiles. He always welcomes a doggie treat or a scratch behind his ears, and his talents include sitting, lying down, and shaking hands (er, paws). He has a very large vocabulary (so don’t say “treat” or “walk” unless you mean it!).
