Linda, CPC, Office Manager

Linda has been at Erie Audiology, Inc. since 2009. Hers is typically the first cheerful voice you’ll hear when you call us, and the first friendly face that you’ll meet when you come into the office. Linda handles patient scheduling, assists patients with insurance benefit claims, and helps to coordinate patient care. She is a certified biller/coder through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).

When she's not at the office, Linda enjoys traveling, motorcycle riding, and quilting.

"The reason I love my job at Erie Audiology is because I am able to see every day how we make a difference in people’s lives and well-being. I really enjoy seeing the patients’ expressions when they can hear their spouse, family members and sounds they have not heard in a long time!"

Susan, Clinical Assistant

Susan is a life-long resident of the Erie area. She joined Erie Audiology as a part-time employee in April 2017. "I have worked for Erie Audiology as a part-time employee since April of 2017. At the request of Dr. Keenan, I agreed to come out of retirement because I trust and believe in the work she is doing for people with hearing difficulties. I wanted to be part of the professional, high quality patient care that Erie Audiology provides. I believe in the friendly and patient-centered practices of the Erie Audiology staff, and am proud to be part of this organization."

Max, Serenity Manager

Max is an eleven year old Labradoodle. He hangs around the back office snoozing and offering plenty of friendly wags and smiles. He always welcomes a doggie treat or a scratch behind his ears, and his talents include sitting, lying down, and shaking hands (er, paws). He has a very large vocabulary (so don’t say “treat” or “walk” unless you mean it!).
